How to Set Up Your Integrations

To populate your dashboard, Modern Ai needs to ingest data from the various sources you wish to connect. This process involves granting our data pipelines access to your platforms. Setting up these connections is straightforward and outlined in detail below.

Step-by-Step Guide

Note for new customers in onboarding:
When you first log in during onboarding, your available connectors will be visible immediately on your home screen—you won’t need to navigate to them. If your reporting is already live, follow the steps below to access connectors.


1. Access the Connectors Tab (live accounts only)

If your account is already live, click the arrow next to your name in the bottom-left corner and select “Connectors.”


2. Select a Connect Card

In the Connectors modal, you’ll see connect cards for all the platforms we currently support. To integrate a new connection:

  • Click the relevant card

  • Fill out the required information to grant permissions to our data pipeline


3. Save and Test the Connection

After entering the necessary information, click “Save and Test.”

  • If successful, you’re done and can move on to the next connection.

  • If it fails, double-check your permissions and credentials. If it still doesn’t work, email [email protected] for help.


4. Sync Your Data

Once all integrations are connected, syncing starts automatically. This may take 24–72 hours.

  • After syncing is complete, your reporting will launch in Modern AI.

  • We’ll notify you as soon as everything is ready to use.
