What it is
The Amazon Report brings all of your Amazon retail sales and advertising spend/performance into a single view. It lets you understand topline revenue holistically, drill down to product-level performance, and monitor order status (Pending vs Shipped vs Canceled)—without hopping between Seller Central and Ads.
What you can do
See the big picture: Combined view of Amazon revenue, orders, and ad spend for any date range.
Drill into products: Break down by ASIN / SKU / Parent to spot winners and under-performers.
Analyze advertising: Review spend, ROAS/ACOS, clicks, CPC, CTR, orders, attributed sales in one place.
Track order status: Compare Pending vs Shipped vs Canceled orders to understand what’s booked vs recognized.

How “Pending Revenue” estimation works (important)
Amazon recognizes revenue only when an order ships. To avoid understating sales and penalizing ROAS/ACOS while orders are still pending, we estimate revenue for orders in Pending and include it in dashboards until the order ships.
Pending → Estimated: We estimate revenue from the order’s line items and discounts while status = Pending.
On Ship → Actual: When the order status changes to Shipped, we replace the estimate with the actual revenue reported by Amazon.
Reconciliation: Once all orders in the period have shipped, your totals become 1:1 with Amazon.
This approach prevents mid-cycle ROAS from looking artificially low in fast-moving periods.

FAQs
Q: Why doesn’t my revenue match Amazon today?
A: If you have many Pending orders, we’ll show Estimated Revenue until they ship. As orders ship, estimates are replaced with actuals. After everything ships for the selected range, totals will match Amazon 1:1.
Q: Does estimation inflate my ROAS?
A: No—estimation prevents understating ROAS while orders are pending. Once shipped, ROAS recalculates with actuals. Over a complete period (after shipment), results align with Amazon.
Q: Which products can I drill into?
A: You can drill by ASIN, SKU, and Parent where mappings exist in your catalog sync.
